(SPOILER ALERT!!!)

When Eddie Gave Chris Back His Gun – The Howling

Eddie Quist (Robert Picardo) was a psychotic werewolf who stalked news anchor, Karen White (Dee Wallace). After being gunned down by the police and was believed to be dead, Eddie made his way back to his community, where Karen was temporarily residing. He brutally murdered Karen’s friend and her other friend, Chris (Dennis Dugan) went to the community with a gun and plenty of silver bullets. Chris almost immediately lost his fight with Eddie. Eddie took his only weapon so he had the advantage. However, he was so sure he was indestructible, he gave him his gun back and dared him to shoot him. He gave away all of his leverage because he couldn’t possibly think that someone would not only find out what he was, but how to kill him. He definitely got a reality check when Chris shot him in the neck.

When The Klopeks Tried To Kill Ray – The ‘Burbs

The Klopeks were a trio of psychopaths who killed an innocent family and moved into their house. As their body count rose, their neighbors started to suspect that they are not only murderers, but Satan worshippers. However, the Klopeks were good at covering their tracks as the neighbors found no actual evidence of their misdeeds. All the Klopeks had to do was nothing and their neighbors would’ve created their own downfall. Let’s say Ray Peterson (Tom Hanks) actually did see the bodies in their furnace. So what? All the evidence was destroyed when he burned their house down and all he would’ve had was his word, which wouldn’t have meant anything to the cops considering he was already on their bad side. Ray made a whole big speech about how the Klopeks were innocent but that wasn’t enough to convince them they were in the clear. They tried to kill Ray, brought all suspicion back, and ended up getting caught with a pile of bones in their trunk.

When Marishka Threw Van Helsing Right Next To His Weapon – Van Helsing

Marishka (Josie Maran) was one of Dracula’s (Richard Roxburgh) beautiful brides who was ordered to kill Anna Valerious (Kate Beckinsale). Unfortunately for her, Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman) was sent to not only protect Anna, but kill every monster that gets in his way. As the other brides tried to get Anna, Marishka put all of her focus on playing with and killing Van Helsing. Let’s be honest, she was definitely winning that fight. She threw him left and right and she probably could’ve thrown him down a well and called it a day. However, she was too cocky. She flew as far as she could out of town laughing before realizing she threw him right next to his weapon. She gave him the head start he needed to dip his weapon in holy water and shoot her multiple times. That’s what happens to vampires who mistake their immortality with invincibility.

When Stuart Insulted The Woman Who Was About To Castrate Him – Hostel Part II

Stuart (Roger Bart) was a simple family man whose friend pulled him into the world of the Elite Hunting Club, where wealthy people pay to torture and murder the tourists in Slovakia. He had many doubts on whether or not he could do it, especially when he started to get close to the woman he’s supposed to kill, Beth (Lauren German). He soon realized he was capable of killing someone, but before he could kill her, Beth was able to trick him into untying her and got the upper hand. She was able to start negotiations with the club’s leader by threatening to castrate Stuart. Beth was able to buy her freedom, but she wasn’t allowed to leave the facility without killing someone. Stuart heard this and decided it was the perfect time to insult her. With scissors ready to cut him, he called her the word she hates the most and she didn’t even hesitate to castrate him and leave him to bleed to death.

When Reverend Zombie Didn’t Do His Research – Hatchet II

Reverend Zombie (Tony Todd) was a con artist who held illegal boat tours in the closed Honey Island Swamp. The swamp was inhabited by the vengeful ghost of Victor Crowley (Kane Hodder) who killed everyone who stepped inside. Zombie believed that if Crowley killed the three men responsible for his death, the curse would be lifted and he could run his business with no problems. Crowley had already killed one of the men responsible, Samson Dunstan (Robert Englund) and after one of his boats went missing, Zombie took the opportunity to give Crowley the other 2 men, Trent (R.A. Mihailoff) and Samson’s brother… or who Zombie believed was Samson’s brother. Samson’s real brother was one of the three responsible for Crowley’s death, but he died years before from leukemia. Zombie believed that Bob (Tom Holland) was Samson’s brother, but he was his best friend, an innocent party pulled into Crowley’s grasp. Zombie knew Trent and Samson since they were kids, but he didn’t know Samson’s brother’s name? Or what happened to him? He took a huge risk but he didn’t even do his research. If he did, he wouldn’t have given Crowley a higher body count that included himself.
