My Top 5 Favorite Danielle Harris Roles

I’m back with another Top 5! Today, I wanted to talk about an amazing Scream Queen, Danielle Harris! Harris has had many unforgettable performances in her career. Today, I wanted to share my top 5 all-time favorite roles of hers. I hope you enjoy and let me know your favorite Danielle Harris role! (SPOILER ALERT!!!)

5. Belle – Stake Land

Belle was a sweet innocent soul trapped in the middle of a vampire apocalypse. Although she didn’t have many words, Harris brought a wonderful performance almost purely through emotion. Even when the world went to hell, she was able to smile about the little things and was the calm in the chaos.

4. Tosh Guaneri – Urban Legend

In this film, Danielle’s part may have been small but it’s definitely memorable. Tosh (Harris) was the main character’s Gothic, bitter roommate. She had a hell of an attitude and she knew how to get what she wanted. In almost unrecognizable makeup, Harris brought the sass and the humor to this role.

3. Amy – See No Evil 2

Amy is one of Harris’s most bada** character ever! From start to finish, she fought the giant antagonist to the bitter end. She was calm, decisive, and tough as nails. She was very underestimated and she proved she could handle herself. Again, Harris brought her personality to the role to the point where I couldn’t picture anyone else playing her.

2. Marybeth Dunstan – The Hatchet Franchise

In the first Hatchet film, Marybeth was actually played by Tamara Feldman. In the sequels, Harris took the reigns and made the role completely her own. She made the character really likable and a total bada**! She was a character who got knocked down time and time again, but she got back up every time. Harris’ performance really made me feel for Marybeth and her terrifying situation.

1. Annie Brackett – Rob Zombie’s Halloween Films

This role will always be my personal favorite of hers. Annie was the main character, Laurie’s best friend. In the first film, she was almost added to the body count, but she was a lot tougher than anyone anticipated. In the sequel, she had to be the strong one as Laurie was struggling. She became the unofficial parent figure and she will always hold a special place in my heart.

I know what you’re probably thinking: What about Jamie Lloyd? Don’t worry! I haven’t forgotten about her! She definitely gets an honorable mention!
