Like most people in this day and age, I am severely addicted to my phone. I can waste hours scrolling on my favorite apps or playing my favorite games. Today, I wanted to share some of the most fun and useful games and apps that I use at least once a day! I hope you enjoy and let me know some of your favorite games and apps!!
Tiny Decisions

App Store Rating: 4.7/5
My Rating: 10/5
This app was a complete lifesaver for me! I honestly suck at making decisions and this helped me with everything. It helps me pick what movie/TV show to throw on. It helps me choose what articles to schedule. It also has a number generator that’s a BIG help to me. I can’t imagine living without it now, it’s a huge part of my life.
Threads

App Store Rating: 4.6/5
My Rating: 4.5/5
Threads has ultimately become my go-to social media site. The horror community and LGBTQIA+ community are so nice and helpful there! I honestly trust the people there more than anywhere else online. Like all social media sites, it does get overwhelming from time to time, and if I don’t log off once in a while, I will waste a LOT of time scrolling on it. Plus, it has a lot of hilarious posts and replies that just kill me!
Letterboxd

App Store Rating: 4.8/5
My Rating: 5/5
This is definitely another app I just couldn’t live without. It’s where I organize all my movies and it’s where I leave small reviews now, after I stopped reviewing films on my blog. I absolutely love that you can log in movies and keep track of how many times you’ve seen a film. I also love making random lists and rankings. It helps me keep track of movies I want to watch, and how many movies I’ve seen in a month. This one is just perfect for movie fans!
Ranking Maker

App Store Rating: 4.8/5
My Rating: 4.5/5
This one is a BIG help for me and my blog! It helps me keep track of my views on all my articles. With this ranking system, I learn which articles you guys really enjoy and which ones were a swing and a miss. It also helps me keep track of which articles have less than 500 views so I can re-share them to try and boost their numbers. Plus, it’s just fun to know! This app would’ve gotten a 5/5 from me, but the latest update removed a certain feature that used to be very helpful, now making what I have to do more time consuming.
Mahjong Jewels Solitare

App Store Rating: 4.7/5
My Rating: 5/5
This is one of the first games I ever downloaded when I got my first iPhone, and it’s been on every phone I had ever since. It doesn’t play like the actual Mahjong game, it’s a simple emoji matching game. It’s one of the games I go to the most when I just want to turn my brain off and relax for a while. I just love how the pieces disappear when you match them, like clearing off your screen, if that makes sense.
PicCollage

App Store Rating: 4.8/5
My Rating: My Rating: 5/5
This is the app I use for all of my collage needs! When I have too many pictures for one article, this one is really helpful for merging some of those pictures together. You might also recognize it’s name on all of the pictures for my Remake and Dumbest Decisions articles. It also provides the perfect size I need for when I want to have a collage for my feature photos. It’s easy, practical, and free!
