I’m back with part 3 of the most maniacal team-ups in the horror genre! Whether they’re family, friends, or just psychos with a common goal of destruction, these characters have certainly earned their place among the craziest and most loyal. I hope you enjoy and let me know which horror movie team-ups deserve to be in this series! (SPOILER ALERT!!!)
Henry Lee Lucas & Otis Toole – Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer
Henry (Michael Rooker) and Otis (Tom Towles) met while incarcerated at the same penitentiary. When they were both released, they decided to room together. Without Otis’s knowledge, Henry murdered innocent women every chance he got. After Otis’s sister, Becky (Tracy Arnold) moved in with them, Henry noticed that same darkness in Otis, and so he took a chance in taking Otis under his wing. Together, they destroyed many lives in such horrific ways. What tore them apart was when they both had eyes for Becky. They were sadistic freaks and utter monsters.
Jennifer & Farhang – Capture Kill Release

Jennifer (Jennifer Fraser) and Farhang (Farhang Ghajar) started out as your typical married couple. Wanting a little more thrill in their life, they decided to not only kill someone, but to document their murderous journey. The way that they casually shopped for weapons for killing and dismembering was just so messed up. They talked about choosing their victim like it was no big deal. As it got closer to the day, tension grew between them as Farhang started to develop hesitations about the whole thing. After they killed an innocent homeless man, Farhang was ready to move on and forget, but Jennifer couldn’t let go of the fact that they didn’t kill who she REALLY wanted to kill. I don’t know how they even began this plan, but only a truly psychotic mind would go to these lengths and not even realized how horrible it is.
Amber Freeman & Richie Kirsch – Scream

Amber (Mikey Madison) and Richie (Jack Quaid) were major fans of the Stab movies and the people that they were based on. After Stab 8 greatly disappointed the toxic fandom, the duo felt that if they could provide new material by making their own Ghostface body count, they could bring the franchise back to its roots. Their manipulation was astounding. While Richie seduced the daughter of infamous killer, Billy Loomis, Samantha (Melissa Barrera), Amber befriended Samantha’s sister, Tara (Jenna Ortega), using them both to create their new killer. Together, they killed anyone linked to the original people involved with the original Woodsboro murders. They were cunning, deceitful, and completely deranged.
Chef Julian Slowik & His Staff – The Menu
Food was Julian Slowik’s (Ralph Fiennes) life. After years of working at the remote-island restaurant, Hawthorn, catering to the corrupt, the selfish, and the privileged, the entire staff realized they had enough. They decided this dinner would be everyone’s last. For one last menu, they called out every single one of their guests, played sadistic games, and made them their last meals. Even knowing that they were all going to die, the staff still cooked with precision and obsession. They still performed for their guests while flaunting that the guests could do nothing to stop them. It was not enough to end their own lives, they had to destroy those they felt were responsible for their breakdown.
Paul Duerson, J.H. Calhoun, & Penny Pascal – Borderline

Paul Duerson (Ray Nicholson) was locked away after developing an unhealthy obsession with famous pop star, Sofia Minor (Samara Weaving), and attacking her bodyguard. While locked up, he developed a friendship with his fellow inmate, Penny (Alba Baptista). After they escaped, they met up with Tom’s childhood friend, J.H. (Patrick Cox) to execute Paul’s plan. Together, they held Sofia hostage with the intent on forcing her to marry Paul, and killing anyone who stood in their way. Paul was straight-up delusional, J.H. was loyal to the end, and Penny was just all-too happy to be included and cause as much chaos as she could. They were one of the most psychotic trios in the horror genre.
